Remove cap and push down inner sleeve. Using applicator brush, dab directly to your hairline and scalp to apply powder exactly where needed. Blend in with brush or fingertips. Re-style hair as desired. For use on dry hair only. To Close: Turn sleeve slightly to the right and pull up until bristles are covered. Slide cap over sleeve and press down.
